Tony é detentor de 12 campeonatos mundiais de Vertical, três campeonatos mundiais de Street Style e nove X Games. Tony Hawk demonstrou desde muito cedo ter um talento especial para o skate, aos 14 anos já era profissional, foi o pioneiro das pistas verticais.
